Would You Eat This Ethiopian Breakfast?
Would you eat this Ethiopian breakfast? I was surprised by this breakfast in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In this Africa traveI took a walk from my place to get some local breakfast in the Meskel Flower area. I stopped at a local ethiopian breakfast spot and was surprised by what they were serving. I got myself some local coffee also known as bunna. I also ordered some ground sheep intestines known as Dullet and Injera. Would you eat this Ethiopian breakfast?

@Myer Travels HI bro. Ethiopians have many traditional breakfast dishes like Chechbsa, ful, genfo, Dullet, Dabo ferfer, egg omlet, qinche, etc. I highly recommend you @Kategna, Chaka Coffee, and Coffeecology restaurants in Addis.

?
I hope you washed your hands thoroughly after touching that Mitmita with your bare hands ?. I love how you dine at the whole In wall, regular mom’s pop restaurants. Not the usual unauthentic overpriced restaurants that cater to foreigners/diaspora . That’s exactly what I would love to do one day when I’m back home. Stay authentic my brother!
