Bank of Abyssinia started a new service called Virtual Banking Center and becomes the first bank to start using Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to give its customers 24/7 access for most of the banking service.
According to the bank, the new service will enable its customers to access most of the services virtually 24×7 without the need to go to branch offices.
