  12. Don't forget two sunnyside up fried eggs. On the fava beans, there's lots of variation of canned beans at my middle eastern market i.e. large, small, dried, fresh (my favorite), some with chickpeas, some with cumin which are called Egyptian style, and the dried skinless split favas. I tried all of them. Unless you have the digestive tract of a Billy goat, if your cooking fresh don't forget to remove the seed coat. Thanks for the recipe-demonstration.
