it is very nice of you to share your experience. however the main thing is that I have seen in your video that you have your own measurement to make it easier to everyone who is watching why don't you measure whatever you use in cups or kilograms or pounds. and the absit the water and lit in cups. That way everybody will know how much to use and get the same result. I hope to see you doing that next time. Just measures the flour you are using in the video. thank you.
