Husband Makes Ethiopian Food – Kitfo (ክትፎ)

This week, Betty teaches Tyler how to make Kitfo (ክትፎ)! Kitfo is an Ethiopian dish that is similar to seasoned ground beef. It is one of our favorite Ethiopian dishes. Enjoy!

  20. No food processor. It comes out grainy when using a machine. Cutting it with a knife turnes out so much better and smoother. If want it even smoother, use a mallet prior to cutting or after cutting. <3
