Why use the word 'black' on one hand it is called being racist and not polite to address as black on the other hand I see people creating awareness of food culture with the word as 'Black foodie' why dont call it Ethopian food (for example as I can see its Ethopian food that the Mayor is trying (or which ever country region the food belongs to. ??

Not to be negative but you did a disservice to the traditional way of serving the food. The dishes don’t come wrapped with Enjera like a burrito. I believe this way doesn’t give the whole experience of eating Ethiopian food.
