Hello, I was watching the way you were instructing yr husband to cook the Sherro.
I am Eritrian, the way we cook Sherro is different. Will be good if u try the Eritriean way. Eritrea we add tomato on Sherro and Derro wat ( Zegne).
After fring the onion we put tomato and let it cook the tomato & onion then we put worm water and let it boile then we add the Sherro powder. Very delicious. Pls try it, also when u cook Doro wat add tomato befor u put the chicken and let it cook with the Berbraa for about 5mint then put yr chicken.
