  2. Try to find GONFO (with Honey) and Kategna with spiced tea for snacks or breakfast. The restaurants can make the K but Gonfo may be harder… (Winter i.e. Monsoon foods)

  6. I am an Ethiopian and I love my culture traditions and food.
    Ethiopian food is my favorite.
    In USA the ingredients are not good, the meat vegetables so I am not eating Ethiopian food, but Canadian bread and Australian lamb.
    Cannot eat Enjera as the flour here is adulterated and is unhealthy.
    Enjoy life. I love Canada only the weather is keeps me away.

  11. Every hands are a little different you guys need to try other restaurants also..you have to try our popular ""Doro wate"" that means chicken with spicy, 2nd "Tubes " if you like lamb or cow I prefer for you the lamb is the best one and so on ..Thank you for sharing best experiences ?

  12. Come on, gave me a break. Ethiopia doesn't have variety foods, they only have one dish which's unhealthy

  13. It isn’t actually oil. It is mostly refined spiced butter which makes it taster and is healthy.
