  1. Some of you guys want to test my LOVE FOR COOKING!! Its going down!! Drop your COUNTRY! Where are you from?! Your country feast may appear on this weeks of feast! I look forward to master it for you!

  2. While you're right about everyone having their own little twist on recipes, there are certain crucial steps that have to be followed in order to make "authentic Ethiopian food". For example, the doro wot is supposed to have at least 10 – 15 onions cooked down on their own for at least 1.5 hours then berbere is added. Meanwhile the chicken is washed and soaked in an acid (lemon, vinegar, salt) and cuts are made to the sides so the sauce soaks in. Ethiopian butter (ghee should be avoided for taste) is added to the onion and berbere mixture, Ethiopian spices, then the chicken. That cooks for another 45mins – 1hour before you add peeled hard boiled eggs.

  3. QT those stewed drumsticks & boiled eggs looked devine! You did a great job my friend! ?

  4. man i always love your videos, but high key that doro wot is trash, and the fact you talk about it's a your recipe mean you do not know the cultural value behind the doro wot. Doro wot is a recipe who all the mother pass to their daughter, and is a straightforwad recipe, and this time you butchered it. But i really loved the rest! Keep it up man!

  5. Best food good stuff bro

  6. When my grandma made Dora wat she add like 4 cups of berbera(ber-ber-a)

  7. Would it lol'd if it was just an empty plate.

  12. Hey bro don't listen to the haters it really looks good nice try. As for the injera it's damp because it was packed before it cooled down.✌ BTW the bites are called goursha keep up the good work .

  13. Gomen is not kale, it is spinach. Good work though.

  14. Feeding another is called gersha and I love this food. I can’t wait to go back again. They also have a delicious cabbage

  15. Wow you did great, I am impressed.

  16. Whoever told you that the injera takes 5 days to make was either lying or didn't know it takes about 30-60 minutes and that includes the cooking, the making, and the mixing of the ingredients

  17. Make doro wot recipe with a lot of onions

  25. Top job quang. New subscriber from Ethiopia. You need to use at least 3* more onions in the doro wot and more of the Berber sauce.

  26. No disrespect on u quang I luv ur vids misir wot looking a bit too orange.gomen looks sad . Doro wat not thick enough. It also needs a browner color. Chicken looks sadder, sorry.
Total grade: c- you can do better then that. I’m sorry I LOVE your vids so so much.
But I know it’s ur take on it.

  27. Iam not from Ethiopia but i know the doro wot is supposed to be thicker and darker but everything else looks good.

  28. Love you videos… triple check Ethiopian food!

  29. Omg your amazing I don’t even know how to cook except mesir wot, I think your amazing in everything you do that a real talent, I will try to make all of this Sunday ?

  30. The bite called gursha and your recipes is so much easier ?

  31. Stop telling this man he did a great job… he did OK. But there are areas for improvement:
    1) Caramelizing the onion is the MOST important step. If you burn it even SLIGHTLY, you have ruined it. You burned it every single time, and I could see that the whole thing wasn't caramelized. You gotta watch that thing very closely and constantly, CONSTANTLY STIR.
    2) Doro wot needs to cook for ~3 hours

Literally everything you can play around with. Your foselia was pretty good.

  32. ~mmmmmmmmmm Tammy looking ?????
