Ethiopian Food – How to make ful
Ful is a very satisfying breakfast meal that is eaten in Ethiopian and other parts of the world. It’s cheap, nutritious and easy to prepare. Growing up in Ethiopia, it was one of my favorite breakfast meals.
If it’s your first time preparing Ful go with the canned fava beans and use simple ingredient ( I suggest tomato, onions and garlic). As you get used to cooking it you may expand the flavor by adding other ingredients and seasonings to your liking. There are various ways of cooking…

Why was my ful looking greasy and affecting my stomach as if it was as well????? It came to go from a restaurant and wondering if grease is added to please American customers.
