Recipe for foul smelling pork cooking in that place smelling nauseating. My wife and i went to Smoke N Ash a few years ago and will never go back. Southern bbq and Ethiopian food doesn't mix. The place looks nice but rank with that foul pork snell.

I'm sure it's delicious,cause my ethiopian chef friend used to make in california..and it was amazing.
