ethiopian is my culter but doro wot we eat that on special days like ethiopian christmas,ethiopian new year and someones birthday but i like having leftovers so i can eat it

dear Vinnie you can use both of your hands to hold and break the injera, you don't have to look like handi cup. its only to feed your self that you have to use your right hand.
