In Ethiopia and Eritrea where I am from,we do traditional fasting which is abstaining from food but only for most of the day,the rest of the time we are vegan

Yees. I am not vegan at all but I love any food and I too thought vegeterian and vegan food were boring until I started to discover real Indian food. Now I know it's about flavor and not ingredients. All those imitation meat and veggie burgers and all that are not it. If a vegan food is done right there's no need for substitutes or synthetic flavors, which I doubt are that healthy lol
That Ethiopian bread was awesome. In Goa we make a little bread called Sannah, Robin madras it’s called idli
Correction its pre packaged American vegetarian foods suck but we eat some that same stuff I'm a chef I make my own vegan food at home
