Ethiopian style scrambled eggs are hot and spicy. With my little Amharic skills I will try and let you know what some of the things are that we are using. Amharic is the national language of Ethiopia, there are over 80 languages spoken in Ethiopia. I hope that my pronunciation is correct if not i am sure many of you will let me know.
