A simple and staple Ethiopian Breakfast dish: Firfir. Here’s a recipe guaranteed to take no more than 20 minutes to make. Enjoy!

What you need for this recipe,
1 Chopped Onion (Sweet or Red)
2 Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of fresh Garlic
1 Jalapeno
2 Tablespoons of Berbere (Can be adjusted depending on spice level preference)
1 Tablespoon Clarified Butter (Optional)
1 Injera
1 Cup Ethiopian Tea Spice Water (Hot)

Now this is why I love Ethiopian food. It doesn't need to be fancy as long as you got good spices! It's just leftover bread with vegetables fried but oh many looks AMAZING. I really vibe with Ethiopians when it comes to my cooking style
