Best Ethiopian Chicken Stew Recipe || Doro Wot English

Recipe
Whole chicken
5 lbs. Onions
2 Tbs clarified butter
1 cup Oil (more if needed)
5-7 Tbsp Berbere (depending how spicy you want it to be)
Eggs (as much as you want)
3 tsp blended Garlic and ginger

1 tsp Ground cordamon
Hot water
Salt for taste
