iam Ethiopia .the bread injera ansospishal iam happy injoy my cantry food and doro wet si
Doro wat (Chickens Stew ) kind of , Normally , doro wet does take 6-8 hours to cook. It is signature food of Ethiopia. But in Diaspora , they don't take the time to cook the Doro Wet proper way, So ordering doro wet in Dispora won't give you the authenticity of the home world Doro wet. The Sambusa , it is spacy because you are eating it with hot source .Sambusa is normally suppose to be eaten alone.
I'm a little disappointed that the man ate the food appropriately while the woman was eating it with a fork. She didn't even eat the injera. If your going to try other cultural food you should eat it as they would
Our food is very delicious and healthy, thank you for sharing
???
wowww
Its delicious! You guys tried it Well. Next time you guys gonna use hand on more bread ( injera) and tibs( specialy Zilzil) , and Combo. But leave aside dor wot( chicken) its very spicy and you gotta custom others before u guys jump to it. Great experience !
Try shiro, or tibs firfir
The idea of Ethiopian food is to share from the same plate. Enjoy together!!!
I think the beautiful little lady was eating Injera while being ignored by her parents. She even clapped her hands as an approval.
you should use your hand (only right hand)
Yum ?
Winter might enjoy Timatim fitfit . It is shredded injera mixed with fresh tomato salad but order it without the chilies since she seems to like eating injera. It is usually served to children and adults eat the spicier version.
They also have fresh cottage cheese she would enjoy with her Timatim fitfit for protein and calcium called Ayib.
I think it is wonderful you are enjoying international cuisines with your daughter. She will remember and appreciate these family moments and it will help give her a global perspective throughout her life .
Our Food is so unique and delicious! Thanks for trying out
Lady you need to use the enjera and eat with your hand to have the full experience
Let Travis SPEAK:}}
A fork no!
The thing with being a picky eater myself and Ethiopian at the same time is I just struggle to keep an open mind to other flavours. Our food is so blessed man, I’ve tried food from some other African countries and imma just say that I struggled just cuz ?? food set such a high bar.
respect for my man travis for using his hands
Love to see you trying Ethopian food. The food looks great. I love Nigerian food!
You are overstfuffing your family with food. Why don't you try giving your wife and baby fresh veggies like carrot and celery sticks and going out to exercise at least 3 times a day. Eating out is the most unheathiest habit besides smoking cigarettes and drinking. Don't you want them to be around in 20 years? I mean just because they wand something doesn't mean you have to get them it. You don't even know if these ppl. At the place even washed their
. Not really a good decision buddy. You are NOT being a responsible husband. The wife and daughter don't know any better so I don't really blame them.
I will try this when I go on Vacation, I love spicy food

Tori the potatoes slide out of ur plate, the menu looking nutritious with color of rainbow. Winter just watching you, winter growing up so adorable and learning ability so amazing. Peace up until next vlog.
She is so beautiful
Really…how about covering your mouth when u cough….just saying ?
Sweet child
Love you hair
???????????????
Some African foods are supposed to be eaten with your fingers.
It will taste even better the next day because the herbs and spices will marinate deeper. Travis, when you are asked to rate something on a scale of 1 to 10, you are supposed to give it a number or place it on the scale from low (1) to high (10) on its quality, validity, or in this case, taste.
You are not asked to compare and contrast it with something else. Comparing is asking to which it is similar, and contrasting is asking from which one is it different? For example, Torie rated it a ten meaning it tasted better than a nine.
shkla tibs and kitfo
Torie !!! I Absolutely Love Your Hair Like This !!!!! It’s Giving Me LIFE ??

Love Ethiopian food. Grew up eating it and I legit always crave it. As an east african, you gotta try Somali food next. My all time fave but thats bc I'm somali haha not sure if there is a big somali population in texas but hopefully you can find a nice spot!
First of all it's very untraditional way that you ate Ethiopian food that's not the way you eat Ethiopian food but put in the plate use a fork that's just the number one wrong thing that you just did and I don't blame you because I don't see any Ethiopians there even in the restaurant trying to explain to you cuz the servant sound like he's an american guy that's not the way you eat Ethiopian food let's respect cultures you have to use injera that's okay you can wash your hand you can use your hand that's the way you eat it Forks and plates let's live that to American food
Thanks ? for introducing African Ethiopian food…It looks good… Travis you sampled the food with the bread…a lot of food…I would like to try some one day…
Enjoy
How about learning the language or the dance? Just un idea.
