This is like a history lesson by way of food. Thanks John.
?????
Ethiopian food and Indian food (especially South Indian) is, in my opinion, food sent via divine intervention .. just amazing with extraordinary flavors, techniques and combinations! (Disclaimer: this is my opinion only, I do not mean to state that these cuisines are better than any other, and , I have yet to come close to trying a great variety of dishes of many different cuisines?Just, in my personal experience, these two cuisines are just extraordinary and quite enjoyable!)
Wow Ethiopian food is absolutely beautiful and so delicious. All food well explined. The Coffee cermony oh wow. Just my mouth is watering. Thank you for sharing ?
I wonder if you've tried beso. Many Ethiopian pro runners have it daily for breakfast before training as it is filling and, of course, full of nutrients.

You will never get weight eating Ethiopian food..I’m amazed he deeply knows bout Ethiopian culture
I am from India, currently living in Southern India (though I am a Bengali). Doesn't Injera look similar to a Dosa? I see that Injera is made using Teff flour, which is a very close cousin of Raagi flour. Both do look the same. If you see some videos on how to make dosa using raagi flour, it does look similar to Injera. What do you say?
I love Ethiopia and Ethiopian food is my favourite cuisine ever. Thank you for this series. (NB ? is pronounced timaaaaatim, not timtim 🙂 )
This is the best video I have seen of our foods. Thank you
One Love ETHIOPIA

Cooking eggs is not vegan, is it?
Delicious foods and the coffee is wonderful. Love this video and the amazing foods.
"How to Cook Great"?!? You don't even show how to cook the damned food, you just show it and tell what it is. Thanks for nothing.
Vegan and ethiopian in the same sentence sounds like a bad joke?
Well made documentary. Thank you!???
I’m so excited to try some of this.
