  15. To be honest, although I’ve cooked for a large family all my life, I would only try this if someone like this lovely woman made it for me/us. Why?? For thē best ethnic taste possible??

  16. There is a Ethiopian restaurant close to where l live, lve eaten there two times, both of these times l got a bad case if diarrhea, the second time l ended up in the hospital, the only time this happened to me was when l was in Mexico, l ate tacos at a street vendor, l rushed back to my hotel because l was on the second floor l couldn't make it and soiled my pants, l had to wash them in the shower, the stench was terrible,

  17. Oh how I love to eat kitfo???I miss Yohanns kitfo in Addis Ababa ?

  18. Not gonna lie. I'm mostly here to see how many tasteless Ethiopian jokes there are in the comments section.

  19. What Ethiopian food I have had was delicious. One of my bosses was from there. She was so nice and so smart too. Love the bread. Yum yum.

  24. We love Woinee's restaurant in Pflugerville. We have been going for years. I am happy to see this video and we are going to try this recipe at home because this is my favorite meal there.

  26. This was great, thanks for sharing. I love kitfo. Really enjoyed your style

  27. Not everyone in Ethiopia eats Raw meat!! This is Gurage Culture eating kitfo. I personally like zilzil tibs. Meat seasoned and cooked on high heat. Delicious ?

  28. ወይንዬ እጅሽን ይባርከው

  29. This is a nasty tradition it's FORBIDDEN TO EAT RAW/BLOODY MEAT they are Christians they know better

  30. We have a lot of Ethiopian restaurants in Oakland, CA, and I've had this dish many times. It seems to me that I can feel my red blood cells waking up and doing their job better after I eat kitfo. I feel strong and brave for hours afterwards. If you're feeling weak and anemic, give this meal a try!

Also, I've had both kitfo and steak tartare, and kitfo is by far the tastier of the two in my experience.

  31. I love Kitfo! Literally one of my favorite dishes. Thank you for sharing?

  32. My Gurague girl! Great job!!

  33. Wonderful video, but honestly the food in her restaurant is somewhat watered-down, although the “white” injera is great!

  34. Wow I like it Good jobs

  35. Love kitfo
